ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Lauren is the head chef and founder of Lady Luck Catering. She is both excited and honored to bring her unique culinary point to your next event. Whether she’s running a pasta workshop, testing recipes gourmet weekly meals, creating handmade and hand-shaped specialty items or catering a private event, she has one simple rule of thumb: she wants it to be a convivial experience. Chef Lauren graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Food and Nutrition from Texas State University and has an Elite Diplôme de Cuisine from The Culinary Institute Le’Notre in Houston, Texas.
